Pride comes before the fall. The wall you continue to build with pride will eventually become the largest obstacle in your life. Oh how you lay the bricks of rebellion, and the bricks of opinion, as you plaster it with the cement of self awareness and self promotion; painting it with a deep coat of deception.  Remember, the many that will see the beauty of this castle, will also be the many that will see the truth of God when it falls.  Don't take pride in building cardboard castles.

Let's consider this, Prince Phillip and Prince Harry of England both commit crimes and are arrested for such. While they may lose their credibility, they may not necessarily lose their crown. By their own actions they  are guilty of the infraction, but by blood they were born royals - slated to the thrown.  One has absolutely nothing to do with the other.  Such is salvation and adoption into the body of Christ.

While it's usually with great warmth, love and consideration that there might be a wrapped gift with your name on it somewhere. God's gift to man did not have fancy packaging or a desirable presentation.  In fact at its pinnacle, this gift was stripped and beaten, tried, tested and proven. A gift that is never outdated, neither does it require accessories and batteries. This gift will never fail, never fade, it's not too short, or to long, actually one size fits all.

He's your warm jacket in the winter, your cool t-shirt in spring. You can take this gift anywhere, any time and it will never malfunction. Long after today, you can use this gift when your days may be dark and your heart may be broken. It's heavy in power but light when carried. You can share this gift with others and never run out for yourself, and if that wasn't enough, it even comes with an easy to read users manual that provides step by step instructions for troubleshooting your issues... Santa's sleigh can't carry it. Macy's shelves can't store it, and no man on earth can pay for it. Yet, it's still given to us freely! I think we ought to truly thank God for the wonderful gift of Christ, His life, his love and sacrifice.

While this maybe true for the value and purpose of a budget, it is the opposite when dealing with God.  What's His, is yours through Christ.  Therefore, your 'means' has no limits and has no boundaries. A people who consistently hear, accept and formulate intimacy with a LIE will usually have great difficulty receiving, and accepting the simplicity of the TRUTH.  This is not unusual, and is part of the human cognitive experience.  The enemy does not only tell you lies, he attaches an emotional stimulation to it. So the unsuspecting identifies with the feelings and rejects the illuminated evidence of the truth.  

Remember, although there are many levels of lies and equally many levels of their impact in theory, a half truth can appear as a whole lie when thoroughly examined.  Break down the ingredients of a lie and you'll identify the "active" ingredient in it is always a hint of truth.  This is what makes a lie appear believable.

The true revelation of the character of Christ can only by fully understood when we commit our hearts to the agenda of God, curtailing the controlling mechanisms of traditions and culture. Communication is the conduit of information but information that promotes division, leaves the misinformed blinded to the vision.

Friends, we must look at what we are facing and make some immediate conclusions. All theories and opinions will be frivolous if our beliefs are not anchored in truth. No one needs fake serums right now. No one needs faulty information, No one needs a placebo! The harsh reality of this crisis calls for a meticulous approach and while it is incomprehensible to think in this fashion amidst the death, shortages and uncertainties, The Truth remains the chord that will hold tightly!

If one chooses to believe in GOD, then one must choose to use the word of God as their source of information and strength in spite of the season. If one chooses to believe in GOVERNMENT, then one must choose to adapt to political policy. If one chooses to believe in SELF, then one must choose to follow their train of thoughts.

All in all, ones train of thoughts rides on the tracks of their source of information. So whether God, Government or Self, we need to be sure that whatever we choose is sufficient to carry us through this season!

You see it works both ways - with one round of TRUTH in the chamber, this weapon can deliver a death shot to ignorance and sin.  While on the flip side, one round of IGNORANCE in the chamber, can deliver a death shot to the innocent and unsuspecting.

Either way, the "microphone" has proven to be more devastating than all the weapons of mass destruction one can find on earth.  Leaders, you must guard your sphere of influence and hold fast to the truth of God's Word knowing that some may not receive it and will walk away.  And equally, the people must remember that not everyone behind the "the mic" is "sent".
